Perhaps the name doesn't reflect the establishments recruitment policy at all. Did you consider that maybe the wait staff were simply a little nervous from serving a large man sporting a cling wrap head scarf & declaring it "all the rage down on broadway!" as he slurped his half full cappucino?
No I didn't. And I am chastened. I failed to empathise.
As they say in the classics "Don't judge until you've walked a mile in the other's shoes. Then you'll be a mile away when they realise you've got their shoes."
